2026 Digital Membership Form

2026 LTFCA Membership will be $105

Fill out the 2026 Digital Membership Form for the links to make the payment. If you sign up before January 6th you will receive a complimentary shirt. If you choose to pay online DO NOT FORGET to submit the google form. If you don’t submit the google form this will interfere with properly recording your membership information. All coaches must fill out the form regardless if you are the one who makes the payments. 

MEMBERSHIP :

  • CAN BE PAID BY PayPal or Debit/Credit card.
  • CAN BE PAID with a check either by mail or in person.
